My feet are huuuuuge!!

My feet are so swollen and my ankles and hands and nose. I'm only 33+2 Weeks. Not only are my feet swollen they hurt too!! Any advice..? Should I bring this up to my dr when I go Tuesday. I know some swelling is normal just wasn't sure if this early or this much was.
