Is anyone having twins??

I am going to be 7 weeks tomorrow and have notice that in all my other pregnancies I was never so " big" already. I was wondering if anyone who is having twins what your baby bumps looked like at about 7 weeks I don't go to my appointment until March 3rd and I'm impatient and was just curious lol
