Inducing/labor

Has anyone used any natural methods to jump start labor and it worked? I went way overdue with my first and wanted to see what has worked for others. I have heard nipple stimulation and sex. I know the body will do it when it's ready but doesn't hurt to ever have lots of options to try to get it going! 😄☺️
