Hey ladies, I am having a problem working out. I am very active, usually hit the gym 3-6 days a weeks 1 to 2 hrs... but every since I've been pregnant I have not made one attempt 😕😟... I've gained 3 pounds and I'm feeling bloated.. any words from anyone about anything that will help?? I really feel like I can't do it, I just want to sleep😩😟
