I dont feel pregnant...

Im 8w1d and have my first appointment at 8w3d, I just don't feel pregnant, and will be nervous until I see something on the ultrasound. Anyone else feel this way? I am super excited but I just keep telling myself that I can't actually be pregnant if I feel this good....... :/
