Changing Pads?

How often are you supposed to change pads? For light, average, and heavy flows please!

Every 3-4 hours I believe

It says on the packet at least every 8 hours, with my flow it's more like every half hour - hour😩

But I'd recommend every hour or so, just to stay fresh

For light, I say 6-7 hours, average, 4-5 hours, and heavy, 2-3 hours, more frequent if needed.

On heavy days I can go through overnight pads in about 2 hours at most, then towards the end I can go through more normal pads in about 3 hours. It really depends on you
