Is this ovulation pain?!

After a year of annovulatry cycles I was prescribed Clomid. I completed my first cycle of Clomid 50mg on CD 3-7 and currently on CD 12. 
Earlier my husband and I were riding home from town and I had a horrid pain in the left lower quadrant of my abdomen and then I got nauseous. It passed after about 5-7 minutes. I'm now really tender on that left side. 
Is this what ovulation feels like?!
