Sign of Miscarriage?

All day I've had EXTREME back pain on the right side of my spine. I read that in early pregnancy low back pain can be one of the first signs of miscarriage? Please tell me I don't have anything to worry about. I'm super upset now. I'm 7 weeks.

Update: we went in last night for a piece of mind and I saw peanut for the first time (and peanut's heart beat!) doc diagnosed me with a bad yeast infection which is weird because I haven't had any external symptoms - no itchiness, no abnormal discharge, no odor! Glad our little one is okay and that's all it was!

Go to the emergency room if you are worried!! Or call your doc if you have one now! That's the only way to know. But I can tell you I've had super bad cramping and its from gas/being bloated! Lol.

I had lower left back pain and went in and had a scan and it was a burst cyst. I thought it was a kidney infection.

I would go in - both to put your mind at ease and to rule out ectopic (if you haven't already had a scan). That said, I've had back pain with all of my viable pregnancies and never with my mcs! So who knows
