Date night

I recently went on vacation for a week and when I got back I asked my boyfriend if he could not play his video games all night and we could cuddle and talk and he got pissed. Tonight we are supposed to go on a date and he wants to go to his friends house after. Sorry if I'm wrong but date night is supposed to be special not date then leave all damn night!
