Exercise and loss
Does anyone have any tips for exercises to lose belly fat and get a flatter tummy? Or slimmer thighs? Let me say that I'm not asking because I've been told I'm fat or need to lose weight. I want to lose weight for my own reasons, one of which being I want to feel healthier. I'm comfortable with my body but I know it could be better, so does anyone have any tips or tricks? Would love some suggestions 🙂🍎🏋🏻
