Ok ladies needing advice..im trying to breastfeed my baby girl but my milk hadn't come in until Friday. .my baby was born Tuesday at 37 wks and 5 days so now that it is here they feel very painful and have a burning sensation is this normal? They were very engorged and taking the hot shower did not help..I have started hand expressing but still feel little relief and once she is done nursing the burning sensation comes back right away. .does anyone have any tips on how to make the burning go away?? I would appreciate it
