Weight
I'm 5'7" and about 155lbs. According to the BMI, I am overweight and I know I am. I need to lose weight. I shouldn't be any more than 145 tops. I'm having a hard time. I've started controlling my calories and have put a cap on them at 1,600 a day. I hardly drink pop, usually just water or milk. I've mostly stopped eating sweets and have tried to completely stop snacking. I'll walk/run the trail in town every now and then 2-4 days a week. But I can't seem to lose weight. Any tips??
