Bumps?

So I'm trying so hard to stay away from web MD but I have no clue what this is. I have a bump on the inside of my lip (yes I mean down there) and its purple. It doesn't really hurt but I have no clue what it is.

I've had a bump in the same place but it wasn't purple it wa hair red and I kept squeezing it and it was must a pimple kinda thing and it popped. it comes back every now and then after I shave so I think it's like an ingrown hair possibly.

Its almost like as if U hit your leg and it may turn black and blue. May be you did some wild things in the last few days 😉😉
