Other than sore swollen boobs, I haven't had any symptoms of pregnancy really, and I'm 24w3d now. Lol.

Most symptoms don't occur until the placenta forms. Your body doesn't really know it's pregnant yet. Placenta starts forming in week 7. Week 1 and 2 you aren't even pregnant since egg and sperm fertilize in week 3. Chances are you will not get symptoms until week 7 or 8.

I had assumptions starting in week 4. I was tired, sore breasts, smells started bothering me, I was bloated and burpy. I also had to pee a lot.
It's not too early for symptoms.
 In week 5 I started to get nauseous and have food aversions and excess saliva.
Everyone is different. It's the hormones that give you a lot of the symptoms and those start right when implantation does.
