So currently I am trying to lose weight that I gained from the depo shot. I was on the shot for a year and gained a good bit of weight. When I started out I was 145 and the highest I got was 182. My last shot was due in January but I canceled the appointment and didn't get the shot, so the meds are still in my system. Currently I am struggling to lose more weight I am at a stand still of 171. My question is do I look 171. I have been told I don't but I feel like I look bigger than that
