Dropped @ 30 weeks?

Question

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and the pressure in my pelvis is defiantly a new feeling to me... I'm a first time mom and I'm not sure about all this.But  is it too early for my son to be dropped already?? When did your baby drop? Does it do anything about when ur baby arrives??. I'm on high risk and I'm just wondering if I should be worried or not..?

There are several reasons why your hip could be hurting. One of them is SPD, which is when ligaments around pelvis relax and it causes pain. 
The other type of pain is called Round ligament are sharp pains that last for few Seconds in both hip area and or groin. It's normals d& there isn't much you can do about it. There are some suggestions like warm showers/baths, stretching, Tylenol, sleeping with a pillow between your legs.  You can also request to get a belly cradle /support belt from your doctor/ insurance and it helps remove some of the pain by lifting the belly a bit. They are rather cheap on Amazon too. It's something normal. My hip pain went away immediately after giving birth, but I had sciatica too. After giving birth my hips were wonky for a few weeks but I was not in pain, I started getting pain in my second trimester. Try to also not be standing too long and prop your feet up as much as you can during breaks.
