Ok so for the last week my BHs have become more intense and even longer..  Tonight i started having preiod like pains and the baby is super active!! About an hour ago I Started having more pain and my lower back too, tried to time them, but its so frequent it makes no sense.. The pain comes and goes and Its not too unbareable .. I tried to lay on my side and nothing changed..  I will call the dr if it gets more intense but could these all be signs of labor?
