Horrible cramps

This past week I've been having these periodic cramps. They'll go for about 30 seconds and stop, and they get worse everyday! And these aren't like regular pms cramps, it feels like a very sharp item is in my tubes and today I had one so bad after me and my husband were done having sex I almost cried. My gynecologist appointment got pushed back to next Monday so I'm trying to hold out but if it gets TOO unbearable, I'm gonna have to do something. You ladies have any idea what it could possibly be?

(It's not always after sex. Even if we don't have sex it happens.)
