Swollen feet?

Should I be worried? I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and I have noticed today that my feet and ankles are swollen one is more swollen than the other should I be worried?

This is I'm working with right now lol granted I'm 32 weeks and work 40 hrs a week so my ankles are more cankles at this point, my birthmark is the only reason I know where my ankle is... it's nothing to worry about since your it's just your body carrying extra weight, but it is defiantly uncomfortable... keep ice on them to keep swelling at ease and only be on them if you have to.. my doctor ordered a reduction in my hours but I'm holding off at least 3 more weeks to do all that if I can.

Answer

Epsom salt baths helped me with swelling and the discomfort that came with it. Then after the bath is prop me feet up. Nightly ritual when working retail.
