Is labor coming ?

Around 3am I started feeling what I think was contractions . They feel like strong menstrual cramps with a mild aching pain from the front to the back. I been timing which I feel like I'm doing wrong! I'm having light bleeding pinkish brown and any position I lay or sit makes the contraction intense . I'm a ftm. Any advice is labor going to come today...? Opinions please
