Please Help.... Ovulation cramps and white CM

We have been trying for a baby for 3 years and have our referel for the fetility Clinic tomorrow.... I tested for ovulation this month and it showed that i was peak on Friday..my CM was sticky and clear. We BD on Friday night and since then I have been have pelvic cramps.. Yesterday I had really white CM and it was quite thick... Is it normal to still be cramping and why has my CM studdenly turned white? Could I be pregnant?
