Ttc for 9months

We been ttc for 3 years. Then last year we get a positive. Lost it a week later at only 6 weeks. Been trying ever since. Last month had this weird 2 day period but negative tests. Period is due in 6days. But having some weird symptoms. I hope this is it. Anyone had the same and find them self prego
