What to do with rogue temps
So my sleep has been really screwed up lately. I didn't go to sleep until 6am yesterday so I couldn't temp at 7:30 like usual so I took it as 10:30 and got 96.7
Last night we stayed in a hotel and I got disrupted sleep because of it. I woke up once at 5:30 and got 96.39 and woke up to my alarm at 7:30 (I had to get out of bed to turn off a separate alarm) and got 95.7
I don't know which temp to use if any for yesterday and today. Any advice?
