Chlamydia

So I just got my text after being tasted for chlamydia and it's positive. I know I just need to go to the clinic and get some anti biotics but does anyone have any advice experiences or tips for me? I looked it up and apparently you can get it even without having unprotected sex. Am I that only one who didn't know that?
