How soon can you use lotion on the baby? And how soon can you use soap to wash the baby? Johnson & Johnson products.

As soon as you want just make sure the cord is dried very well. I bathe my 14wk old every other night and lotion her every night before I put on her jammies.

I've given all of my kids their first bath after the cord fell off. Used Johnson and Johnson baby wash and lotion or Aveno because my kids tend to have dry skin

As soon as you want.  If you bath your baby before the cord is off make sure to keep it dry during bath time.  I gave my lo a bath day 6 since we were in the nicu for 4 days her cord was still on . You just don't submerge their whole bodies
