First I would just like to say I realize this has nothing to do with health, but I'm really stuck! With that being said: I'm getting married soon and I have went and picked out my dress. I couldn't be more happy, however, I need my parent's help paying for it. My mother is on board with helping and so is my dad but my step mother doesn't think she is obligated to help me which means my dad can't help me. So the million dollar question is are step parents just as obligated as biological parents to help out their step kids?
