Pre-period Bloating and Eating Habits 😳
Before my period, I always start bloating a week or a couple of days before. It gets so bad that I have to go up a pants size until the end of my period, then I drop back down. I do tend to eat a lot of chocolate and anything that I am craving. I know that's bad for my health.
Do any of you have any symptoms like this before or even after your period? Or weird cravings before, during, and after each period?
