Supposed to clear out any blockages, scar tissue etc

I've heard of a serra stick, which allegedly gets your vaginal ph in order (and women claim it makes them super tight???) But I also heard that it COULD be bad for ttc...it's like I see something new everyday for vagdes and ttc'ers everyday and then read how it COULD be good or bad for ttc....smh so confusing:(
