What do they usly do at your frist appt?

Im 8 weeks what  do theey usly do at your  frist   dr apt. Being pregnant?

At mine, they did a urine culture, took 4 vials of blood, and did a transvaginal ultrasound.

A full physical. Urine sample, draw blood, pap, baseline for vitals and discuss your plans. If your doctor has an ultrasound machine at their office they may or may not do one depending how far along you are.
