Mental Health--

I started getting therapy,
I started talking to depression warm lines regularly,
I took all their advice and did everything in my power to feel better. To be at 100% again. 
And honestly, I feel so much better! 
I feel extremely relieved, and I definitely feel more at peace with life and with the things happening around me. I feel so much better. 
I just wanted to let you guys know. If you're going through something, first know that pain is temporary and yes. There's a way out! There's so many people willing to help but the first step is helping yourself. 
I have a long way to go, but I can see a better future.
