I'm leaking and not from the boobs :/

30+4 here, and I just went to the bathroom and saw that my underwear is SOAKED. but it's clear. I sometimes pee when I sneeze (pregnancy is beautiful, I remind myself often) but I haven't done that today. I put a pad on to see if that gets soaked too, and I messaged my doctor about it. I haven't had any contractions or anything so I'm trying to stay calm and talk myself down from the ledge. Has this happened to anyone else and it ended up not being fluid?
