Food poisoning!?

Hi ladys I need your help I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have been really sick today I keep being physically sick I think it might be food poisoning is there anything that might help? I can't keep anything down and I'm a bit worried about baby :(

I'm literally in the last stages of food poisoning. It's been herrendous.
I got it from a 4 cheese pasta bake meal from Co op. I vomited from 11:30pm all through the night, and the morning,  unable to keep any water down, and called my out of hours. Had an out of hours appointment where the doctor gave me anti sickness tablets, diarlight  (sachet to replace salts and electrolights) and an anti sickness injection. I'm 26 +4 weeks pregnant. My midwife said baby is fine, as is in a protective sack but you do need to be checked out. My blood pressure was high where as it's normally low, and I had a fever. Good luck

I just had food poisoning about a week and a half ago. I've never been so sick in my life. I was having diarrhea and vomiting for about 16 hours straight. I was eventually able to keep water down and introduce clear fluids after that. But my baby was moving like crazy the whole time I was sick so I didn't feel like I needed to go to the hospital. Listen to your body though...
