Narproxen with Codeine?

I've been prescribed Narproxen and Codeine but I'm unsure whether I should be taking them together, the doctor said its fine but has anyone had these two together?

It's fine naproxen is an anti inflammatory and codeine is just pain relief so both work in the body different ways meaning they can be taken together. Best thing is to taken then a couple of hours apart (I work in a pharmacy😊)

I never take medicine. But I don't see why not. They're not the same kind of medicine.
