Pregnancy and exercising!!!!
I just went running for the first time this pregnancy and it was exhilarating. Hard, but amazing! I've been running since middle school and I work out all the time- it's also my profession.
Because of terrible hip/si joint pain I couldn't even climb a hill or speed walk for my first pregnancy and I gained 50 lbs. I'm so happy that I'm 14.3 weeks and I RAN!!!
Does anyone have any running tips?? Like favorite maternity clothes, how to listen to your body, pains to avoid, foods to eat for endurance, when to slow down, etc.,
Luckily in Michigan it's in the 20s/30s and I'm not too concerned about overheating.
Any other mommies out there who are still trying to be healthy and stay fit? I'm just so excited 😍😍💆🏻
