There's a guy that I constantly see, and I have no idea from where! I've seen him at least 5 times and every time I do, we make eye contact for a good few seconds. I was just driving and I got lost in a neighborhood far from me and I saw him walking! He stared at me and I kept driving but I looked back and he was still looking! I get this scary feeling every time I see him, it's so strange!
