Has anyone ever run a marathon while pregnant or are you planning to? I am training for the Boston Marathon and just found out a couple weeks ago I'm pregnant (currently 7w3d)...I have always been very active (including during pregnancy), but I'd love to hear some insight from someone who has done this before! Also worth noting: my doctor is totally supportive.
