Retest of HCG level, only 1 vial?

Hi,

On Saturday they tested my HCG level and it was at 4,668 which they said is low for 5 weeks so they tested me again today to see if it doubled. My question is, on Saturday at the ER (I was worried I was having a miscarriage) they took 3 vials of my blood. Today they only took 1...is that normal?

Yes only 1 vial is needed for a beta HCG.

That is totally normal, the first visit they check hcg, progesterone, white blood cells, blood group and a few other things that I can't remember. Second visit they only check hcg, and tbh my count was 141 at 4 weeks and then 454 4 days later. Your numbers seem OK X

Your levels sound perfect. According to my lmp i was 4 weeks and i got bloods done and it was only 127.. which from conception i was like 2.5weeks

Anyway yours a good for 5weeks
