Inducing labor naturally?

Im only at 25+5 but i was wondering what are ways people used to induce themselves naturally that work? My friend is at 41 weeks!

Honestly the only way to induce labor is medically. If your body isn't ready nothing "natural" will make it happen. Some people sware by sex......

I just had my second in November! From my personal experience it depends on the woman honestly. I wouldn't even say it depends on the baby it's all about our bodies. Let me tell you. With my first I tried it alllllll! Ran up and down stairs until I felt I was going to pass out, I tried squats! I tried castor oil! I tried pineapples, sex, nipple stimulation( it did help to start contractoons) but yeah my son was 5 days late!!! With his sister I did castor oil 3 freaking times! I swear I did 500 squats lol I did lunges I ran I walked I cried!! My body wasn't having it. Long story short I was induced with both 😒  I know you're ready to meet baby but honestly nothing will happen until your body says!

I think my doctor actually did the trick. I went in for a normal check up. And she checked to see how far along in dilation I was. I had baby within hours after that. Ha!

With my first I ended up taking a tablespoon of castor oil, I also poked a hole in a evening primrose oil pill, and inserted it vaginally. Within a few hours my water broke. It could have just been a coincidence, but I honestly have heard a lot of woman talk about epo helping them go into labor and I truly felt it helped me:)
