Mini pill?!?

I've been on the mini pill for almost a week and I'm wondering if it's going to give me bad acne. Since I've been on it my forehead has become red and bumpy and just generally more sensitive. I have to be on the mini pill as the combined pill isn't suitable for me but I don't want it to ruin my skin! Any advice on how to keep skin good whilst on this pill? Any advice on the mini pill in general??
