Cramps
Ok. So I always have murderous cramps on the first day of my period. Today I'm at work and I just started cramping. Normally I would be laying in bed moaning in agony with my hips sandwiched between two hot pads after taking a bunch of painkillers. I can't leave work early but I'm not sure how to deal with the pain. Any suggestions?
