Uterus lining 4.9mm

I'm 3 weeks and 6 days pregnant (counting from the first day of my last period) and I went for my first ultrasound today. The doctor said my lining is very thin (4.9mm). Does this mean my egg won't implant? I'm scared I'm going to have a misscarriage.
