Oh no, late period?

So, I used to have the implant but got it taken out because I bled heavily for 3 weeks and no longer had a libido. I am also treating for Lyme disease, aka antibiotics and only some are known to effect the efficacy of birth control. Anyway, I got the implant out and the doctor at planned parenthood informed me that I was on one of the 2 antibiotics that effect birth control.... I was only on it like 3 or so weeks before finding out thanks other Doc for giving me,the wrong answer, anyway I haven't gotten my period yet and I took it out a month ago and had finally stopped bleeding a week or so before that...so I don't know if my period is just messed up from the birth control or if in those few weeks I managed to get pregnant. Shit!!!
