Prevent cracking/ bleeding nipples during breastfeeding
Hey all! My mother-in-law gave me this great little trick to prepare for breastfeeding: in the months leading up to baby's birth, take a facecloth in the shower and gently 'rough up' or sort of exfoliate the nipples, so they toughen up.
Just wondering if anyone has used this trick and found it effective. Thanks!
