Could I be pregnant?

I have went back through my last like 6 months of logs, my periods are usually about 31-32 days apart. Well I am almost 7 days late, tomorrow. Opinions, honestly? Should I give it more time before freaking out and taking a test?

Due to stress or any kind of travel or change of timezones can affect the cyle length. 
If no major changes happened this month you should try testing.

Um, why do freaking out and taking a test have to go hand in hand?  Personally I always text if late for peace of mind and knowing. They don't cost that much when it helps with calm sanity it is worth it. Unless I am missing something?
