Nope. It's all myths and old wives tales.
My first pregnancy was a boy, this pregnancy is a boy, and they are COMPLETLY different.. My first I had no symptoms apart from a missed period from start to finish. This pregnancy well, sickness, acne, bad cramps, back cramps, sleepless nights from 14 weeks (I'm now 37+4) fatigued .. 
It's all down to how our bodies handle the fluctuating hormones flying round our body nothing to do with gender
