Being a teacher here in Va. absolutely sucks if you are trying to have a child. For those of you who don't know MOST teachers do not get "paid" over the summer. Money is taken out of our checks during the school year so we can be paid for our time off during the summer. So problem number one, our human resources department did not turn that paperwork in to payroll so I don't get paid for my summer off (meaning I now HAVE TO find a suitable summer job). Then I am on bedrest and because yet again someone from the district has dropped the ball. I have to pay back my last paycheck to the district. Seems like everything is crashing down. I was awakened today by a bill collector and that foolishness. I love my husband and he says no worries but I'm not that wife that will put such a heavy burden on him though he says it isn't. I'm just going to keep my head held high for my baby and push through. I know God has already taken care of everything I just have to be patient but boy does this take a jab for the day.
