Tips on gaining weight after baby.
Anyone had any problems with weight loss after having baby? Have any tips on gaining or not loosing too much weight? After my first son I lost alot of weight & couldn't seem to gain any (especially since I was breastfeeding for 6months.) I hated it because I looked way too skinny & didn't feel good about my body. So this time around I've been trying to figure out what I can do to gain weight or atleast not loose alot of weight. I'm 3 weeks postpartum with my second & currently breastfeeding. Anyone have any tips??
