Mid to upper back pain by the end of the day anyone else?

I'm almost 10wks pregnant with twins and close to the end of the day after work I am finding my mid to upper back is hurting and aching - no cramping in my uterus or low back just pain - is this happening to anyone else and any solutions?

I'm 22+5 with twin boys, my back pain just started last week. I've been icing it to help, I also went and saw a chiropractor which helped so much. Im doing exercises the help strengthen my back to accommodate the extra weight that came on so fast. Just a few tips to help out.

My back pain started at 11 weeks!! I'm 13 weeks 1 day. Beginning of my pregnancy I had stomach pain due to my uterus stretching. I still have that pain. I have horrible headaches, lower back pain, and rib pains bc of my twins growing.

Yes when I was about as far along as you, I had terrible upper back pain. Now I'm right at 14 weeks and my lower back and hips are so painful 😫. But luckily my upper back has eased up, so at least that's not as bad now!

Yes!!!  I will be 10 weeks tomorrow and my back has been killing me!  I have to lay down the minute I get home.
