Went to my confirmation appointment on the 15th and it's been bugging me that the doctor didn't tell me how far along. She just said maybe 4 1/2-5 1/2 was her guess but we will narrow down a date on March 21. That's too long lol any guesses as to how far along you think this is? Clearly there are two sacs and a little nugget growing off to the side of the yolk sac.
