Am I wrong for making the decision to give my daughters last name instead of her fathers. He has said on multiple occasions that she isn't his and that he doesn't want her or to be her father. Her father and I are not together for many reasons, one of them is because of how he has odsowned her a few times. Now he's all upset because I have decided to give her my last name and says I'm only doing it to hurt him and using her to hurt him. He states that he has only said those things out of anger and never really meant them, but yet has said them multiple times.
